These terms apply to this website. They do not govern any work I do for you — that is covered by the proposal and engagement letter agreed for the project.

The information here is general

The guidance, articles and service descriptions on this site are published to be useful, not to be relied on as advice for your particular situation. Every business is different, and the right answer usually depends on details this site cannot know. Please take proper advice — from me or from someone else — before making a decision that matters.

Prices and availability

Package prices shown are indicative "from" prices for planning purposes. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, timing and the final fee are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Case studies and results

Examples describe work genuinely carried out, but the outcomes belong to those businesses and their circumstances. They are not a promise of similar results for anyone else.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and name of this site belong to Two Wrens Limited or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own business purposes, and to quote short extracts with attribution. Please do not republish substantial parts, or use the branding, without asking first.

Links to other sites

Where this site links elsewhere — to Calendly, to social media, or to a supplier — those sites are outside my control and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

Availability

I aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as it is. I do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and I may change or withdraw content at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, I am not liable for business losses arising from use of this website, including lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity. This does not affect the terms of any engagement letter between us, which govern the work itself.

How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Loads the Calendly scheduling widget on the contact page so you can pick a slot without leaving the site. Calendly sets its own cookies and may process your data outside the UK. If you leave this off you can still book by opening Calendly directly, or by email.

Loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity so we can measure visits, campaigns and how people use the pages (including anonymised session recordings and heatmaps). Those providers may set cookies and process data outside the UK. If you leave this off, nothing is sent to them.
