With more than 16 years' experience across business-critical systems and delivery, I explain the options in plain English, stay independent of vendors and remain accountable from the first conversation through to implementation. A lot of that work has been with e-commerce and mail-order businesses — platforms, integrations and the ops systems behind the website.

I work with owners and directors across Exeter, Devon and the wider South West — in person by default when that helps the work. Travel within about an hour of Exeter is included; beyond that, travel is covered separately. Remote is fine when a site visit is not needed, including for UK clients further afield.
