How a discovery call with Two Wrens works

What to expect from a free 30-minute Discovery Call — how to prepare, what is covered, and what happens afterwards. No sales script.

A Discovery Call is for owners and directors who want a clearer next step — not a pitch deck. The Free Discovery Call is 30 minutes on video. You should leave knowing whether to review, wait, fix something internal, or speak to someone else — whether or not you decide to work with me.

Before the call

Bring only what helps the conversation:

  • One sentence on the pressure you are under
  • Any systems, suppliers or deadlines that constrain options
  • Whether you want advice only, or advice that can continue into delivery

You do not need a presentation, a technical audit, or a perfect brief. A messy problem stated plainly is enough.

On the call

I clarify the problem, the business context and what “better” would look like — usually the operational pressure, the systems or people involved, and what a good outcome in the next few months would mean.

If a focused package fits, I will say so. If the better move is to wait, fix something internal, or speak to someone else, I will say that too.

After the call

You get a short follow-up summary. Many people then book a review; others simply needed a clear answer. Both are fine.

Two Wrens works across Exeter, Devon and the South West, and remotely with UK SMEs.
