Accessibility statement

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. This statement describes our approach to accessibility and how you can get help or report issues.

Our aim

We aim to meet the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practicable. We work to make the site perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people using different devices and assistive technologies.

What we do

Known limitations

Some third-party content (for example embedded widgets or chat tools) may not fully meet the same standards. We choose providers with accessibility in mind and will improve or replace them where we can.

Feedback and contact

If you have trouble using any part of this site or need information in a different format, please contact us at hello@twowrens.co.uk. We will do our best to help and to fix reported issues.

Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act. If you are not happy with how we respond to your concern, you can contact the EHRC for advice.
